Barkin' Arts NYC
Barkin Arts NYC is dedicated to increasing social awareness of the importance of animals in art by promoting exhibitions of contemporary art with canine and animal themes by emerging artists and offering educational art workshops for both children and adults in a dog friendly environment.
Barkin Arts NYC arranges art shows for people AND animals! Not only can you enjoy the art in the gallery, so can your pet companions. Barkiin Arts has four shows a year and welcomes submissions all the time. Here’s the link to find out more about submitting your own artwork.
Who knows, your work could be featured on the Barkin Arts NYC website like Brooke Churchill’s “McQuigan,” shown to the right.
Thanks to Dogster.com for their post about this in their For the Love of Dog Blog.
Moderation is on, so your entries won't show up until a moderator approves them.
